We offer our services in various levels, according to what best suits your requirements.

1. Supervision of construction

Building construction needs by law to be supervised by an Engineer who is responsible for the accurate execution of the design in accordance with technical specifications. When hired to supervise construction works we make sure that every part of the construction (concretestructure, mechanical/electrical installations, architectural/decoration details etc) are overseen by an Engineer of the relevant speciality. The construction logistics, such us employment and payment of the workmen, order and delivery of the construction materials etc., are the client’s responsibility, but we are always happy to help based on our experience and knowledge of the market.

2. Decoration

Let us help you finalise the construction of your dream home with the decoration of the internal space and the surrounding grounds. We will help you position your furniture, old and new, in the most efficient way in order to optimise the use of the available space. We will assist you with the selection of the materials
used throughout your house, from the floors to the curtains, and of the various accessories, such as rugs, cushions and paintings, placed appropriately to create the perfect environment for you and your family.  3D illustrations will help you visualise our proposals and make the choices that best suit your taste. Despite usually cooperating with certain shops and skilled workers, we are not committed to any kind of
collaboration which may burden your budget.

3. Contractor’s services

If you do not have the time or the patience to deal with the construction logistics, we do; you set the budget and decide on the construction materials and we undertake the entire construction or refurbishment of your building.

4. Piecework construction

If you do not want to decide on the construction materials in advance but as the works progress, we can offer you piecework construction: we will take on the construction of the building for a pre-determined fee, while the selection and payment of the materials and payment of the workmen will be entirely carried out by you. In this case, it is your responsibility to inform us of your choices so that the smooth progress of the construction is not affected.
